Is a Mild Mesquite Blend I believe I read that this is a 30% Mesquite / 70% Alder pellet blend.Knowing this was a blend I did not have the expectation that it would be a true Mesquite smoke and flavoring so I did not have unreasonable expectations.Most recommendations are that Mesquite be blended with another wood to avoid the strong or even harsh Mesquite smoking results.
