  1. Too much salt and I like salt! I have to say I bought the book for the salted caramel cake recipe and the coconut cake recipe. I love the idea of using salted butter but I would like to know if anyone else thought these cakes were INEDIBLE!?Way TOO MUCH SALT. A friend served us the coconut cake because it looks and sounds so yummy. Coconut cake is my husband’s favorite so you can imagine how we looked forward to it. NO one finished their cake. It was truly awful. I would like to try again, but don’t know how to cut…
