Great little smoker I bought the electric model instead of the propane and I’m glad I did. This little smoker, while very simple, does a great job. I used it over Labor day weekend to smoke a 5 lb brisket flat. I woke up at 5:30 to preheat it, by 6 it was up to 225 and you could smell hickory starting to smolder. Brisket was in for 11 hours.
