A very good smoker with stable temperature control I upgraded to this from a 30″ two door Masterbuilt smoker. I had great luck with it, but I found it to be too small. I couldn’t do a full rack of ribs without cutting them in half to fit. The wood smoke system wasn’t great and I had to jury rig a better solution. Serviceable, but… bad design and faulty parts It’s my first smoker. I’ve used it a couple of times now to make smoked salmon, pulled pork and chicken wings. It certainly is serviceable, but I wished I would have gone with a different model. This model is certainly smaller than you might like it to be. I thought it would be enough space, and it is generally, but its design is not great and reduces its useful space. Great Smoker Nice looking smoker. I’ve used it a lot since purchasing it. Assembly was pretty easy, I had it together in about an hour. The temperature control works just ok, but not like I hoped. You still have to watch the temp when smoking, maybe just not as close as you normally would. I’ve noticed the wood chips will cause the temp to rise above the tem setting. It’s very fuel efficient.
