  2. This is a great product because it holds a ton I used the grill pan about a week ago, and was very happy with the results. I used it to grill sliced smoked sausage. The slices grilled up very quickly and were lightly browned on both sides when I took them up (I served them on toothpicks with honey mustard for dipping). The sausage released a good bit of grease and caused some dark brown spotting on the pan, but after soaking in hot water for several minutes and using a steel wool pad, it returned to its “like new” condition.
