  1. Pepper Grill I purchased this grill after reading reviews on others stating that their holes were too small. Found that this one was perfect – in fact several of the peppers I selected were actually to small to stay in. Solved the problem by running a toothpick through them to hold them in.   2. Pepper Roaster Grill Rack Same people are complaining about the holes being too large for jalapenos. First of all, the rack is not advertised as Jalapeno Rack but Pepper Rack. So, get over! Open your eyes before you open your pocket!I couldn’t find this information before I’ve purchased it, hopefully will help you to make a decision: -out of the 24 holes, 12 of them are 1″ diameter and 12 of them are 1.25″ diameter.   3. You better use jumbo peppers Very sturdy roasting rack but the holes are a bit large for you average jalapeno pepper. I grow my own peppers and let them grow to full size. The roaster worked great for only my largest peppers but the peppers you typically see in the store would probably fall through especially after they are roasted. I have used toothpicks with my average sized peppers which worked but I’ll try to find thin 8″ stainless steel skewers that can be used for each row of four then reused. If I could suggest…
