  1. Wow, this is awesome and is a must for any cook, my wife asked me why I needed so many food thermometers and I agreed to get rid of them if I could go digital. I was using the analog dial face thermometers and I had to start cooking a lot more fish for the families dietary needs, the big diameter probe damaged the fish.
