Great product with some production flaws, Terrible Warranty Service I am sad that I cannot give this a full 5 stars, but since Cuisinart refuses to answer my concerns about this product, I must make sure the people are aware of the issues.I have bought two of these in less than 6 years.   3. HORRIBLE Warranty/Customer Service This product is great….while it works. I had it for a little under a year. The cord/plug now get EXTREMELY hot when I use it so I’m afraid to use it now. I used other electric appliances in the outlet so I know it’s not the outlet. Also, the drip pan seems to have melted (it’s on the back of the unit) so I can’t remove it to clean it.
