HORRIBLE Warranty/Customer Service This product is great….while it works. I had it for a little under a year. The cord/plug now get EXTREMELY hot when I use it so I’m afraid to use it now. I used other electric appliances in the outlet so I know it’s not the outlet. Also, the drip pan seems to have melted (it’s on the back of the unit) so I can’t remove it to clean it.
