Not built well. First I will say that I love Cuisinart products and that is why I ordered these ones over any other. For the first time I am disappointed in one of their products. The tongs don’t lock closed, which is a mild inconvenience, especially when putting back in the cheaply constructed case. The case hinges are not square and the lid closes “off” just a little.
