Terrible This is one of the worst products on the market. I built a custom island back in March thinking that this would be the unique part of the kitchen. The griddle plate warps when you cook. When I contacted my dealer, it took over 2 months to get an answer from cal flame management. Now, I just got a new griddle plate and the same thing happened when cooking carne asada tacos.
