Best grilling I’ve had in years! I ordered this BBQ Grill Mat because 1- I love grilled food, especially in the summer when I don’t want to heat up my house and 2- I have been trying for years, but I never really figured out how to control the fire flare-ups that happen when the grease from the meat drips down into the fire. Terrible I am not impressed with this product. We used it to grill some cod. The mat obviously kept the fish from falling through the grates, but it did not cook the fish evenly. Some of it was done, and some of it was not. The biggest problem is that it did not come clean after using it. Some of the fish was stuck to the mat. I put the mat directly into my dishwater to soak.
