  1. It’s made this beginner an “expert” There are so many factors to smoking that can make beginning this unquestionably rewarding hobby very intimidating.   2. A Must Have for Smoking Foods Love it, but I see a few negatives reviews that I think have been written unfairly. Used properly this products Functions near flawlessly.1. Instructions say to light and keep a flame going for ten minutes. This a must. After all you wouldn’t light a charcoal grill and 30 seconds later, throw burgers on.
