I have used these several times and have received compliments on the smell of the smoke during cooking, and rave reviews on the flavor of the fish (salmon in dill sauce is my go-to preparation).   2. Cedar plank cooking has intrigued me for a while and I’m glad I tried it with these planks. I’m thoroughly impressed. I like the rough sides, it gives more surface area to absorb the liquid they are soaking in.
