  2. Ok, at first I thought they looked flimsy but what did I have to lose, right? What I gained was the most delicious dinner we’ve had in a while.. Well, maybe since yesterday? For real, if you don’t have a grilling mat yet, quit reading this and order yours. Vegetables (zucchini, squash, eggplant, green and red peppers, cremini mushrooms, white and green onions, asparagus, crushed garlic) were marinated in Lowrys herb, garlic and wine marinade. Chicken had my own marinade made with pineapple…
