Great book, I had to have my own copy. I discovered this book nosing through the mountain of cookbooks at the library.I had to have my own copy and ordered one from Amazon.I like the recipes and I like the view into a fascinating way of life that comes via the food and the photography.The recipes are straightforward rough and ready cooking, yet with some real surprises.Some recipes make enough to feed an entire ranch crew, but anyone with reasonable intelligence canscale them down as needed. Good stuff…
