  1. First time grillers buy this book! The Williams-Sonoma Essentials of Grilling cookbook is a must have for the first time griller. As the title states, this cookbook walks one through preparing a grill and various cooking techniques on the grill whether using a charcoal or gas grill. There are many beautiful pictures and helpful diagrams (e.g. various cuts of meat) in this book as well. And the recipes are superb! I have had the opportunity to prepare the Steak Fajitas (pg. 74), Classic Barbecued Chicken (pg. 169), Mahogany…

  2. GREAT! This is probably the only book on meats and grilling you will ever need. I only wish the sauces section was a bit more expanded. That would a made it the ultimate grilling experience. Though, there are other books for that. This book discusses different cuts of meat, how tender they are, how to season them for ultimate flavor (or you can use your own seasonings) and how to grill it all, even Fish! The utensils used, different types of grills and so much more. Awesome. I will be using this book…
