Excellent Purchase for Indirect Cooking and Smoking of foods I received the Weber Char-Basket Charcoal Fuel Holders for my birthday recently. I used them first to slow cook 3 racks of baby back ribs “low and slow”. I have cooked ribs many of times and used the indirect method but with the Weber Char-Basket Charcoal Fuel Holders it was so much easier to keep the charcoal in one area of the grill and to drop off chunks of wood for smoking.
