  2. Not for us. Not my favorite way to cook. Tried them with salmon, and then with tuna steaks. They came out okay but i didn’t notice that big of a difference in flavor, even though I soaked the boards in salty water for hours first – and the tuna looked unfinished when it was done so I had to throw it under the broiler for a few minutes (which they do tell you about).
