TIENO Non-Stick BBQ Grill Mats are terrific.  They come in a set of 3 -16 x 13 inches.  I kept 2 and gave one to my sister. I decided to cook some chicken on the grill. I hate cleaning the grill after cooking on it.  I plopped one down on the grill. Preheated the grill to 350 degrees (the mats can withstand up to 500 degrees) and placed my seasoned chicken on the mat. After turning once and after about 50 minutes it was done.   3. For indirect cooking only When I received these grill mats and read the directions, I was disappointed. I bought them without reading the fine print and thought that they could be used for regular gas grilling. These mats can only be used for grilling with indirect heat. Once I got over that bump, I ended up really liking them. I made a video showing my test progress with a chicken breast.
