  2. Excellent add-on to any Weber arsenal. I actually enjoy having this a lot more than I thought I would. It really comes in handy when your fire gets a bit TOO hot and you need to put some distance between the direct flame and your food, but you also want to cook on the direct side.I’ve found that this is a great complimentary piece to the Slow n Sear as well as the Drip n Griddle. The dimensions are almost exact to the dimensions of the SNS, so this will sit directly above the sear zone. Which, in turn makes it perfect…
