  1. Just Awesome… Just heard about this book on NPR, so I came home and ordered it. Arrived in 2 days and all this week all I’ve done is grill, grill, grill. So far I’ve made the Spicy Texas Drumsticks, the All-American Barbecued Chicken, the Yogurt-Marinated Chicken Breasts (our favorite so far), the Sweet and Spicy Shrimp, the Grilled Eggplant, and Grilled Zucchini. I’ve been grilling all this on a 22.5 inch Weber charcoal grill… nothing fancy. Can’t wait to try a few of the pizza recipes. This is a great…

  2. Rather good This book reminds this reviewer of a tasty steak, thick, oozing with flavour (knowledge) and incredibly versatile. At this price it needs to be but often you do need to invest in quality.Clearly there is never a shortage of books about grilling and BBQ cuisine, particularly after spring when people start to think of lazy summer days, entertaining and convivial times by the garden grill. Of course, many tend to forget the burned fingers, vegetables and carbon-laden meaty mistakes…
