  1. You will love this cooker! This is the best cooker/smoker that I have ever owned! I’ve done chicken, ribs, pork loin and hamburgers on this cooker.   2. Simple to use. Awesome results I’ve owned the PBC for about 8 months and am thoroughly impressed with how well it cooks, how quickly it cooks, and how simple it is to use.
