Comes with all the bracketing hardware and templates you will need, the only tools you will need are a Phillips head screwdriver and a couple wrenches! We include all the hardware needed for the average 55-gallon drum, as well as a parts list, so use your imagination and create the best ugly drum smoker you can dream of! The Hopper includes our new exclusive PID Controller that allows you to set the temp in 5° increments, holds the temperature within 5°, and includes a meat probe that connects directly to the controller. This is a conversion kit that includes the hopper assembly and mounting brackets, does not include the 55-gallon drum; This is an add-on conversion for an everyday 55-gallon drum. We will send a parts list with your Ugly Drum that shows how we built ours from an everyday drum and parts obtainable at a local hardware store. You can’t beat this drum (smoker)!
