Almost Great This coring tool does an amazing job coring out the first 2/3s of the pepper. That last 1/3 will get you though!Close to the handle is a serrated edge. Use this to cut the top off the pepper. Then poke the tip of the blade into the edge of membrane and start to twist. The tool really does a great job of scraping *most* of the membrane off the inside of the pepper and collecting the seeds into one tidy wad.
