  2. What a waste. Usually when someone writes a ‘cookbook’, it’s because they have something special to share. This book (booklet is more appropriate) is essentially worthless if you have any other barbeque book around. I own many BBQ books and like to cross reference them to see how each makes a particular item. This little book does not get checked, as it adds nothing to the mix. This is not the first time I’ve wasted $5.95 in my lifetime. I suggest you don’t waste your money or time with this booklet…
