I can’t see any way you would do better than this unit I purchased this smoker after a considerable amount of research. If you have a budget under 500 hundred and want electric to be your source of heat, I can’t see any way you would do better than this unit. So far, so great!!!! I received this smoker as a father’s day gift, and i finally fired it up yesterday, for the 4th! First, let me say, setup was a breeze. You pretty much just had to attach the wheels, stand, and pull bar, and that was it. Took about a 1/2 hour. To get started, I decided to do some pork ribs.
