Make the following improvements…… This is a great smoker and I agree with the other buyers that for the money, you will NOT find a better quality smoker sold by an EXCELLENT company with great customer service. I made the following improvements that were recommended by previous buyers, and I included some pictures. I had finally settled on this one. I decided on the version with a separate door for the wood chips so that I don’t get massive tempature drops when adding wood.
