Just what I needed I had been looking for a heat resistant glove with high heat resistance. These were just the answer! I have a Big Green Egg and trying to do a reverse sear is difficult without something to grab the hot ceramic plate setter out of the cooker after smoking a tri tip for a while at 250 degrees.
