  1. Love the grill! The book is not bad either. I was surprised by comments that this book isn’t relevant to the George Foreman grill and that it doesn’t tell you how long to cook on it. I don’t think this is true at all. Equipment aside, grilling mostly involves a good rub or marinade for the meat and grilling it for the right length of time. I have this book and every recipe clearly tells you how to prepare the rub/marinade and how long the preparation and grilling times are!   2. TKO for Foreman I am very disappointed with this book. I expected specific instructions on how to use his grilling machine. Instead the bulk of the book contains general rules about healthy eating: 1. Avoid fat 2. Avoid fast food restaurants 3. Use of low fat substitutes 4. Substitute veggies for meat 5. etc. All of which most of us already know and have many books on these subjects.Here and there in his book, he refers to using a grilling machine.
