Great for indoor grilling! This cast iron griddle/pan is bigger than I thought! I was a little afraid that it would not even cook my food on top of the stove but it had no problem. Heat was evenly distributed & my meat was perfect! You definitely need those silicone mitts to use with this since the whole thing gets hot!
