Excellent Uses 1/2 lb meat per burger. We weighed the meat to get it right per the instructions. Pocket is not that big, but holds enough. We made ours with bacon, cheese and caramelized onions and it made the best burger I’ve ever had. We cooked over medium heat grill with no leakage.
