  2. What’s Non-Stick about this? I bought this basket to replace a different basket I’d used for years. Thought the lid would be great for easy shaking and welcomed the non-stick. What’s non-stick about it? It has to be washed by hand and immediately dried and occasionally covered with mineral oil to prevent sticking. I just sprayed non-stick spray on my old one and put it in the dishwasher after use. This one has a non-detachable rosewood handle that can’t go in the dishwasher or obviously over flames. I couldn’t shake…
