  1. A must-have diehard grillers! So I’ve read the magnets lose their adhesion if you go above 350… Perhaps, but this is simply amazing. The only flaw this grill has is the thin-walled steel it’s made of. (This is the only place the Big Green Egg has the edge). This blanket goes a long way towards solving that issue. I added an additional professional-grade thermometer to the lid, and the temp doesn’t match the digital probe UNLESS the blanket is on; then it does.
