nice and sturdy! Ordered two of these to smoke 4 chickens at one time. Great item, sturdy and handy to have. After all, when it comes to these great tasting chickens no one should smoke just one! The only drawback to the quality is the welding of the can holders is done by eye and the welder must need glasses because they were welded wherever and one side of each rack you have to practically crush the can in and the other fits like a dream! Double Beercan chicken rack Bought this about two years ago and could not do without. Use it on a Jenn Air big cooker and it cooks two chickens better on this rack then using rotissere. Easy to clean as not a lot of close metal parts so just use a scrubber little brush after soaking an hour or by pouring boiling water over and clean immediately.
