Easy and somewhat simple…. I have had this unit for a little over 2 years now and I have used it at least 50 or more times. It is very easy to set up. You have three “plugs”. One is a chord that runs from the smoker box to the smoker. Then another plug that does the same. Finally you have the plug that powers the unit. Simple.
