  1. Accurate! I purchased this blue tooth 6 probe thermometer because I love to cook. I use a smoker, a grill, and an outdoor turkey air frier. It’s normal for me to have them all going at the same time. This unit has proven to be very accurate. I tested it with a manual thermometer when my desired temperature was reached.
