I’ve received these gloves today and already had an opportunity to use them. They’re slightly bulky, but I have small hands, so that was to be expected. That said, they are a lot more flexible than regular oven mitts, and for once, I was able to remove a thin baking sheet from the oven without having to resort to grabbing a kitchen towel (and as it often happens, burning myself). These gloves are just wonderful for baking, they are strong and keep your hands safe from burns, but they don’t seem to burn when using them either. That is under normal use, just removing the pan or pans from the oven or when checking on your food, to see if it is cooked enough, and putting the pan or pans back into the oven, when serving the dish from the oven to the table, etc. I especially like the fact that they fit my hands well, they were not too big or over sized for my hands, nor…
