Easy to use & Easy to clean! This grill mat is definitely a great buy! I grilled pork, veggies and onions on it and they didn’t burn the material nor produce any unusual odor. Tonight we made chicken breasts and baked sweet potatoes. It is amazing I had seen this product a few months ago while browsing on Amazon for stuff for my new bbq.
