Didn’t work for me… Ive only used it once so far, (in low 40* temps outside) but it made a horrible flavor for the 4 different kinds of cheese I used. The cheese tasted like ashes, and I followed the directions from the included guide to do it and let the cheese rest in the fridge and the flavor never mellowed.
